We also handle corporate restructuring including merger, acquisition, consolidation transactions as well as asset sales and purchases.  We represent acquiring companies, target companies, in these transactions.  Because of our involvement in corporate restructuring, we have understood the dynamics of the restructuring process from each constituent's point of view.
